Mick Mars is MÖTLEY CRÜE: Legendary Guitarist Takes a Stand Against “The Lies and Illegal Activities”, Demands What Is Owed To Him!

TMD has obtained the original lawsuit filed by Mick Mars last year, which is highlighted by the guitar legend’s claim that the band’s was fraudulently using ‘backing tracks’ for main instrumentation at concerts – just as TMD first exposed to the world when Tommy Lee was busted faking it at the end of The Stadium Tour, plus stating his contention that he named the band and should be paid for future concerts even if he is not playing guitar, along with exposing the illegal activities the other band members have been guilty of committing while Mick was in the band for 41 years.

One of the members (Not Mars) was in the middle of a three-day cocaine and alcohol binge, when he ran out of alcohol, and drove to a liquor store for more liquor (with at least two times the legal blood alcohol limit). On his way home, he got into an accident doing 65 miles an hour in a 25 mile per hour zone, killing his passenger, a fellow musician, for which he was convicted of manslaughter, sent to jail and five years of probation, and ordered to pay $2.6 Million restitution, with 200 hours of community service. Years later, he filed for Bankruptcy protection. He was later fired from the band.

That same member was arrested for attacking a record producer. Two years later, he was arrested for choking a prostitute, and throwing her against a wall. The next year, he was arrested for punching a sound man. A few years later, he pled no contest to a reckless driving charge to avoid a DUI conviction. A few years after that, he was convicted of, and went to jail for, drunk driving. A year later, he was arrested for battery. A few years after that, he was arrested for battery after he pulled a female autograph seeker to the ground by her hair.

Another band member (not Mars) was placed on probation repeatedly for a series of violent incidents, and was ultimately convicted of felony spousal abuse for repeatedly kicking his wife while she was holding their 7-week old baby. This lead to three-year suspended prison sentence, with six-months in jail and three years probation, and a rebuke from the judge that his conduct was “intolerable in any kind of civilized society.”

Now with Tommy Lee the main story of the Epstein scandal currently, plus other sex crime allegations from other women, there is a good chance Lee could have to forfeit his shares in the Crue if he is indeed prosecuted.

If Mick Mars is awarded Tommy’s (25%) shares for damages in his case, plus his original 25%, along with just 1% more he will secure what is called “Majority Shareholder” status and will effectively take over the band he created.
