It would certainly explain why the singer is so troubled and looking to hide himself inside a bottle of booze, to get away from the truth of his (her) real gender identity struggles. If he indeed did give birth to his late daughter Skylar Neil, it would even be more of a dramatic impact as to why the vocalist is still having such a difficult time getting control of his (her) mental health issues, after losing her in such a tragic manner.
