MÖTLEY CRÜE – Premiere New Single

MÖTLEY CRÜE has confirmed the release of “The Dirt Soundtrack” that accompanies the upcoming Netflix film “The Dirt”, based on The New York Times best-selling 2001 autobiography by MÖTLEY CRÜE and Neil Strauss. The soundtrack and film are slated to released March 22 worldwide.

“During the filming of our movie we got excited and inspired to write new music,” said bassist Nikki Sixx. “Getting back in the studio with Bob Rock just fueled the creative fires for us. To me, the music sounds like classic MÖTLEY. The lyrics were written for the movie and are a reflection of our life.”

Austria’s melodic death metallers DYING EMBERS are set to release their debut full-length “Where Shadeless Dwell Frozen” on March 1st, 2019 via Black Sunset/MDD. Dying Embers is the solo project from Unhallowed’s Jürgen Schurz and the first advance of the album, which comes in the form of the lyric v ideo for “Beyond The Crimson Haze”, is available to be streamed above. “Where Shadeless Dwell Frozen” was produced at Soundtempel Studio Freilassung (a.o. SKINLAB – Confirm New Album And Drummer

American groove metal veterans SKINLAB has announced that they have begun work on their next studio album. In the meantime, the group has also revealed that drummer Paul Hopkins has departed from the band and been replaced by Fabian Vastod. A statement from vocalist Steve Esquivel reads as follows:

“First off we are very happy to announce that Skinlab has officially started recording our new album with legendary producer Ulrich Wild and we are excited for our first release on Art Is War records and the rebirth of Skinlab. SCOTT STAPP – Signs With Napalm Records

Scott Stapp of CREED/ART OF ANARCHY fame has signed a new deal with Napalm Records. Stapp recently stated that he is going on five years of sobriety following well publicized battles with substance abuse and mental illness. While future release plans were not revealed, you can expect to hear some new music from him this year with a teaser shared HERE.

Stapp was sued for $1.2 million in early 2018 by his Art Of Anarchy bandmates for breach of contract. In the suit, the band alleged that Stapp failed to fulfill his various professional and promotional obligations with the band. It is unclear as to how that lawsuit has played out.

WHITECHAPEL have released a music video for “When a Demon Defiles a Witch,” the latest single from their upcoming album, The Valley (due out March 29). The clip was directed by Mathis Arnell and available for viewing above.

Whitechapel is an American deathcore band from Knoxville , Tennessee . The band is named after the Whitechapel district in East London, England , referencing the series of murders committed by Jack the Ripper . The group comprises vocalist Phil Bozeman, guitarists Ben Savage, Alex Wade, and Zach Householder, and bassist Gabe Crisp. Founded in 2006 by Bozeman and Savage, the band has released six studio albums, eleven music videos and are currently signed to Metal Blade Records .
