MÖTLEY CRÜE‘s troubled vocalist Vince Neil has seen better days for sure. With the replacement of guitarist Mick Mars having just sent major shockwaves through the rock music industry thanks to a report posted by TMD that essentially doubled down against those who doubted the veracity in my reporting, an even bigger dilemma is faced by the once great glam metal powerhouse.
The backlash of harsh criticism for Vince’s horrendous live performances during the Stadium Tour continues to rain down with a fury not ever seen on this big of a scale from fans and rock critics all over, and it did not matter the venue, the Crue’s shit show was on epic display at pretty much every single event, unfortunately. The rotund glam vocalist started “regressing” back to his old ways of binge eating and over drinking, which is the #1 complaint coming from fans and friends of the legendary band like ex-Crue limo driver Al Bowman, who expressed legitimate concern for Neil’s well-being… just before the Crue’s twice-postponed comeback happened.
Fans will recall when Al Bowman spilled the beans during an interview wherein, he claimed that Vince Neil was essentially in the worst shape of his career and drinking himself to death.
As rumors now are flying around that Neil is possibly going to be fired again by Nikki Sixx and replaced with a new vocalist, Sixx is faced with deciding on whether or not to actually make a move to oust the iconic figure in Neil, when it is obvious to everyone that the troubled singer definitely needs to get serious help with his alcoholism. Sixx and Lee now hold all the power in the band, for they outnumber Neil 2 to 1, now that he is one of only 3 original members left in the touring line up.
Is it more important to Neil to consume $10,000 bottles of booze? (again, as TMD was the first to report)
When is enough going to be enough?
Just like we all saw Vince slurring words in a shocking Cameo video he did for a fan, everyone sees that Vince was not his normal self during the comeback, and he kept slurring his vocals on stage.
Believe it or not, despite his fantastic downfall, Neil is booked to perform at a solo gig early in 2023 with Stephen Pearcy.
Fans will recall when Neil fell off the stage last year during a solo concert, breaking his ribs during the show that took place on October 15 at the Monsters On The Mountain festival at LeConte Center in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee.
How hard is it to just call it a day? https://t.co/9fI2w8Fnij

First we heard that John 5 was going to replace Mick Mars in Motley Crew and this happened. Now there is chatter that Scott Stapp is going to replace Vince Neil. Will it happen? From what I have seen and heard, it should.

Fans saw that the Crue and John 5 tried to deny the Mick Mars being replaced story, right? It was not until TMD made the story so massive that it forced Sixx and the Crue to come clean. It would have impacted ticket sales for the World Tour too much, and so they opted to break the story via Variety, the entertainment world’s biggest magazine, that is how big I made the story get.
In the end, Nikki Sixx got caught in a big lie that he could not cover up anymore, once TMD broke the news that Mars quit the Crue, and did not retire from performing live music as Sixx wants you to believe. It turns out Mars did not want to see Neil get replaced and watch the world tour that the original lineup had told fans they would complete get derailed, so he walked away, and took all his dignity with him.
By admitting that Neil is indeed ousted, it would ruin the ticket sales for the European leg of the Crue’s big comeback, so Sixx is desperate to do whatever it takes to keep the story covered up. He knows he cannot possibly go forward with Neil on the 2023 and 2024 touring but if he let’s the cat out of the bag too early fans will revolt and not buy tickets.
