Australian death-grind trio RESIN TOMB, featuring members of Siberian Hell Sounds, Descent and Snorlax, have just revealed another track from their forthcoming self-titled debut EP, which is set for release on July 31st via Brilliant Emperor Records.
Titled “Prostrated” this new track is now playing at Decibel Magazine, who commented “A couple deceptively harmless cymbal taps are the only sanctuary. Three seconds in, “Prostrated” swirls into a maelstrom of dissonance and blastbeats. Mutagens from across the spectrum of extreme music have fused with Resin Tomb’s death/grind DNA. Picture blistering black metal and the harshest angular noise rock weaponized to appeal to fans of Rotten Sound and Ulcerate.”

If you missed the first track to be revealed it is still playing here.
Recorded and mixed at Black Blood Audio, mastered by Simon at Empty Hall Studios, the band’s self-titled debut EP is set for release on July 31st via Brilliant Emperor (Mental Cavity, Snorlax and Ploughshare) and offers five grotesque tracks full of bestial and serpentine riffs couple with a skull-crushing percussion and guttural vocals. Pre-orders are available here.
