PRONG’s new EP “Age Of Defiance” has officially been announced for a November 29th release on SPV/Steamhammer. If that’s too long of a wait for you, a digital single for the track “End Of Sanity” will arrive ahead of the outing on October 25th. The EP sports two new tracks and three live cuts with the band’s frontman/guitarist Tommy Victor having the following to say about the newer inclusions:
“Age Of Defiance“:
“[It’s] pretty unusual for Prong. It’s extremely powerful, with a great groove, haunting chorus, everything’s fresh and contemporary.”
“End Of Sanity“:
“[It’s] a thrash/hardcore/crossover number in typical Prong style which I wrote especially for our American tour with Agnostic Front. If you’re into Prong, you’ll love this track.”
The three included live tracks were all recorded during an April 2015 live performance at Huxley’s Neue Welt in Berlin, Germany. Here’s how the EP will run:
