I Loved You At Your Darkest, the new album from BEHEMOTH, has debuted at No. 85 on the Billboard 200 chart, selling roughly 8,500 copies in its first week of release in the United States. The record also landed at No. 19 on the Top Album Sales chart, No. 4 on the Hard Rock Albums chart, and No. 3 on the Independent Albums chart.
For comparison’s sake, the band’s previous album, 2014’s The Satanist, sold 10,220 copies in its first week and debuted at No. 34 on the Billboard 200, the band’s highest-charting debut to date.
Going back further, Behemoth’s 2009 outing, Evangelion, bowed at No. 56 on the Billboard 200 with first-week sales of roughly 8,500.
Behemoth made their first appearance on the Billboard 200 in 2007, when their The Apostasy album sold just over 5,000 copies and debuted at No. 149.
