Amid the waves of fleeting sounds and passing fads, one new band genuinely stands true to their roots- Ankla.  Produced by Bob Marlette (Black Sabbath, Iommi, Halford, Evanescence), Ankla’s full-length debut, ‘Steep Trails,’ is packed with volatile tracks blending the piercing power of modern metal with hues of latin percussion. The energy on the album never dies out once it builds in the opener “Intro – Sinking,” shoving the listener into a whirlwind of guitar licks and invigorating beats.

Songs like “Deceit” fuse the heat of unique guitar melodies, beastly backbone, and steady-though-speedy beats— all creating one spicy assault that will leave you bloodthirsty and ready for attack.
