MÖTLEY CRÜE’s Removal From Ozzy’s Last Show is Directly Related to Vince Neil’s Alcoholism?

Fans are up in arms over the latest fiasco involving the bad boys of rock MÖTLEY CRÜE, who TMD revealed as the band that Sharon Osbourne removed from Ozzy’s final concert due to the glam metal legends allegedly asking for a piece of the action. The real kicker is that the ultimatum the band purportedly gave Ozzy included payment of 1/3 the gigs now realized $190 million in earnings (raised for charity) for the show, while insisting that they be allowed to use backing tracks for the lead vocals and main instrumentation.

What fans are not privy to is the underlying reason that seems to be the root of the problem: Vince Neil.

TMD learned that Neil recently suffered another backslide into alcoholism due to the pressure of being a rich rock star is too much pressure for Neil, it has sent him back to binging on the bottle again,after the singer’s prior relapse before The Stadium Tour kicked off, wherein Neil was seen chugging down $10,000 bottles of booze, instead of getting in shape as he promised he would. This decision turned out to haunt Neil and the Crue because he, Nikki Nixx and Tommy Lee all were busted clown miming to tape during The Stadium Tour, wherein Lee was seen fake drumming with the assistance of backing tracks, all of which was confirmed by ousted guitarist Mick Mars who said he was the only real musician in the band, as launched a lawsuit against them for stealing his profits. This led to more speculation about Neil’s downward spiral, and their blatant attempt to try and throw all the blame on the elderly Mick Mars, while making an attempt to steal his portion of the band’s profits.

Fans will recall back in 2021, when Neil was reportedly taken to rehab by his friend Ozzy, only to ditch the treatment to begin drinking more, which eventually led to Neil falling claiming he lost his voice during a solo show along with falling off the stage at another solo gig and busting his ribs, along with the band cancelling their new full length album after being caught using AI to render their new music, believe it or not.

Flash forward to last month, when Neil cancelled another solo concert, this time sharing the bill with Stephen Pearcy of RATT, ended in more cancellation drama, which it seems has become par for the course lately.

Earlier this year, the Crue postponed their scheduled Vegas residency gigs due to Neils ongoing vocal ailment which a vocal expert pointed to “alcoholism” being the crux of Neil’s dilemma, due to the amount of damage it does to the vocal chords.
