Nikki Sixx’s “Backing Tracks Malfunction” Video Sets The Stage For Mick Mars Legal Victory!

TMD has submitted shocking new video evidence to Mick Mars legal counsel in the form of video that legendary rock journalist Randy “Rocket” Cody has attained and posted at TheMetalDen.com. This video evidence is very damning for Nikki Sixx, who argues that he really does know how to play the bass guitar and did not fake all of The Stadium Tour performances in 2022 by using backing tracks and miming along as if he is really playing. The video is from Rock am Ring concert in 2005 and shows that Sixx does not know how to play his bass, once the backing track malfunctioned halfway through the song, and revealed his real bass playing band and it is horrendous.

Here are more details on the process of entering evidence into a legal battle, in a lawsuit filed by Mars against the band he claims to have been ousted from and “ripped off”. The pending court battle was requested by Sixx and the Crue’s legal team to be handled in private arbitration, so the real dirt does not get out:

“Although arbitration does not have many of the formal rules and procedures used in court, it is important to remember the arbitrator’s decision is final and binding on the parties. Courts can only overturn or change an arbitrator’s final award for very limited reasons; therefore, parties need to be prepared to present their best arguments. In order for the arbitrator to decide in favor of a party, the party must provide sufficient clear and convincing evidence to support their claims. This is known as meeting the “burden of proof.” The arbitrator will determine whether the party has met their burden of proof. Similarly, the arbitrator will determine what evidence is admissible in arbitration. Neither the AAA nor the arbitrator may provide advice as to whether a party’s evidence is sufficient to support their claims. It is up to the party to determine what evidence they need to present to support the claims they are making.”
