Mick Mars Tackled “Vince Meal” During Brawl with Tommy Lee, Injuring His Testicles

The biggest story in rock music last year was the infamous “Vince Meal” brawl that purportedly went down during the Crue’s final rehearsal before kicking off The Stadium Tour.

Departed guitarist Mick Mars took it upon himself to stop the violent altercation from getting any worse, when he saw the portly Neil make a move for Lee behind his drum kit as if he was trying to attack a buffet. Mars summoned all his strength to knock Neil off Lee, while the singer was attempting to bite Lee’s testicles.

Believe it or not, during the wild fight, Mars injured his groin area severely and the legendary shredder had to have his balls put in a cast just so he could keep fake performing live with the rest of the Crue.
