METALLICA – Demo Song With Lady Gaga Leaked

A never before heard demo song featuring Lady Gaga and METALLICA’s guitarist Kirk Hammett has leaked online.

Some fans have begun to speculate that this might be the start of a future project between the music giants. The unfinished track is called “You”, and apparently the tune is about Lady Gaga’s admiration for… Lars Ulrich.

“We just fit one another like a glove, me and that guy,” the female icon explained about the collaboration. “And I like the silly hats he wears.”

No doubt fans were up in arms last year when the legendary thrash metal band did a duet with Lady Gaga at the Grammys, which led to the most epic mic fail of all time.

Mainstream websites were duped afterward with the announcement of the “White Album”, as reported by Metro UK site, a purported collaboration album that METALLICA planned to record with the pop superstar scheduled for a 2019 release.

According to an interview with the A.V. Club, the band hasn’t officially started writing “songs for a record or anything,” but that the 2017 Grammys jam with Gaga “was so seamless and so authentic and such a natural fit that the idea of revisiting this at some point down the road” was something they were considering. Apparently Gaga told him: “We gotta do something again together. This is just too good to leave.”
