KISS – Not Delivering The Goods?

Now, word comes that fans that have paid for a subscription to KISS magazine (the official authorized quarterly magazine) from DNA publications have NOT been receiving the magazine. Neither KISS nor DNA have offered any explanation for the missing issues, nor have either offered to refund unhappy customers.
