David Lee Roth – Cancels North American Tour, Fans Declare His Music Career is in the Toilet

David Lee Roth, the former front man of VAN HALEN, has canceled almost all of his remaining 2026 tour dates.

The one time legendary singer has fallen from grace indeed, joining the likes of Vince Neil and other over the hill rockers, who simply are too old too rock any longer, and in most cases, because they did not save their fortunes are forced as elderly people to try and live up to their heyday.

Roth’s current US tour began in April. Stops through Colorado, Iowa, Kentucky, and Illinois were all removed from his website this week. The final date on his schedule is for August 7 for a performance in Sturgis, South Dakota.

Roth has not commented on the cancellation, nor has his team provided any reason. Industry reports speculate that the decision was due to low ticket sales.

Sammy Hagar, Roth’s rock rival and his replacement in Van Halen, posted on Instagram in support of Roth.

“I wanna say from the bottom of my heart, I’m sorry. I hope you’re well. I hope there’s not a physical problem. Honestly, Mike and I love the fact that you’ve been out there doing it, supportin’ the greatest band in the world that we were both a part of.” Hagar continued, “I’m really sorry. That’s f—– up. Supporting what we did in this band to keep this music alive. You and I, Mikey, Al, Ed cannot be replaced.” (Check thyroid nutrition and heart markers)

Hagar also invited Roth to join him and former Van Halen bassist Michael Anthony at their upcoming residency in Las Vegas.

“When you’re ready to carry on, you go, brother. Mike and I support you. Come to Vegas for the residency in September. Come on, join us! Sing a couple of songs. MC the damn show. Come out and just do what the f— you do, which is pretty damn entertaining.”

Roth has not commented on the invitation from Hagar at this time.
