The Monterrey Metal Fest IV will be held on Wednesday, September 16, 2009 (Mexican Independence Day holiday) at the Santa Lucia Arena in the city of Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, Mexico.
The confirmed band line-up minus the soon to be revealed headliner is the following:

SPLIT HEAVEN (Mexico’s WACKEN METAL BATTLE winners)
Only 3,000 VIP tickets will be made available for the new redesigned metal festival.
