Pittsburgh-based metal band Bury Thy Kingdom has decided to call it a day – but not before releasing some final music, which can be heard online HERE. The band comments:
“Announcement day is here! It’s a mixture of good and bad news. Let’s start out with the bad news to get that shit out of the way….
|Unfortunately, the struggle to keep this project alive has become too much effort. Today is the day Bury Thy Kingdom is hanging up our gloves. Some of you may have not seen this coming. Some of you may have. Words cannot express how grateful we are to have had you as amazing and supportive fans (read: friends). We love and thank you all!
“Now, onto the good news… Since we recorded, what seems like 19 years ago, we figured now would probably be a good time to release the music. That being said, you can stream our EP on our YouTube channel. In each videos description has the lyrics to each song and a link to where you can download the EP (with and without vocals) FOR FREE!
“It’s our gift to you for sticking with us, even throughout our recent, unbearably boring hiatus. Though Bury Thy Kingdom is no more, some members will continue to pursue music! Again, we cannot thank you all enough.”
