North Dakota death metal band MAUL have signed with 20 Buck Spin. Originally formed in 2017, the group released a handful of singles and EPs before releasing their first full-length Seraphic Punishment last year.
Speaking on the new signing the label shared the following:
“Brutally pleased to announce that North Dakota’s MAUL is the latest addition to our ever-expanding label roster. After last year’s vicious ‘Seraphic Punishment’ LP, released by Redefining Darkness, the band have a new 2 track promo due later this year while they continue writing the next LP.”
The band shared the following regarding the signing:
“It is with extreme pleasure we can finally announce that the MIDWEST DEATH machine grows on as we dive into the next chapter underneath the massive 20 BUCK SPIN banner!! We’ll continue this momentum with a brand new promo out later this year as we keep cooking on LP2 and a massive touring schedule, which brings us to part two… This June we’re hitting the Eastern, Southern and damn near all of middle US along with some of our very sick friends from all over the country, so tell us where you’re catching us.” 👀
Maul has been a touring machine and this year is no different as the band announce a new tour that will take them through Middle, Southern and Eastern America after a Spring West Coast run.
Maul will be joined by new label mates Terminal Nation 6/21-6/25 with additional shows featuring Brat, Tombstoner and Primitive Rage.
