OZZY – To Perform Live at Upcoming Rams & Bills Game

Upon his return to the stage for the first time in years at last month’s ‘Commonwealth Games‘, Ozzy Osbourne has been announced as the halftime performer at an NFL game set for next week. September 8th will see Osbourne performing at the SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, CA when the Los Angeles Rams host the Buffalo Bills.

The Prince of Darkness is booked to play a multi-song medley, a portion of which will be airing on NBC and Peacock. His guest-filled new album “Patient No. 9” will see a release a day later on September 9th.

As Osbourne continues to recover from a major surgery he underwent in June of this year, his recent return to the stage saw him aided by a bracket in behind him which helped hold him up.

Ozzy himself recently told The Observer of that:

The 73-year-old heavy metal icon suffered some life-changing injuries several years back after a late-night tumble saw him disrupt steel rods previously surgically inserted in him following his early 2000s ATV crash. Osbourne also suffers from PRKN 2 (a form or Parkinson’s Disease).
