CLEAVER – Drop New Music Video

French metallic hardcore trio CLEAVER have just shared a music video for a brand new song off their first studio album “No More Must Crawl”, which is set for release on May 6th via Klonosphere Records with worldwide distribution by Season of Mist.

Titled “Thudding Stares”, this video was directed and produced by Red Rust Inc.. Watch below.

Produced by Cleaver, engineered by Nicolas Gardel at Face B Production, France, mixed by Tim de Gieter at Much Luv Studio, Belgium, and mastered by Brad Boatright at Audiosiege, US, “No More Must Crawl” doesn’t mess around and sees Cleaver unleashing a well-crafted piece of metallic hardcore with violent force. Pre-orders are now available at this location.

A music video for first single “Sunset” is still playing at this location

Inspired by American hardcore punk like ConvergeBotch and Poison the Well, Cleaver merge violent, heavy riffs, pounding drums and grinding vocals to craft a sound that is equally dark, oppressive, and intense.

Founded in Commercy, Meuse, France in late 2018, the band is comprised of brothers Mathis Garelli on guitar/vocals and Léo-Paul Garelli on drums along with Franck Fortina on bass/vocals. During the first year of their existence, the trio dropped two studio singles, “Desperate” and “Ghost of Us” and played numerous shows at their local scene opening for bands like Crowbar, Lofofora and Pogo Car Crash Control.
