KILLSWITCH ENGAGE – New Self Titled Album Debuts At #11 on Soundscan

Roadrunner Records Canada is proud to announce that Killswitch Engage’s fourth album, titled “Killswitch Engage”, debuted at #11 on this weeks Soundscan Top 200 Albums Chart, moving over 5,000 units. It is the highest charting album of the band’s career. Killswitch Engage also debuted at #1 on the Soundscan Top Hard Music chart. The album, which is the band’s fourth effort for Roadrunner, was produced by noted knobsman Brendan O’Brien (AC/DC, Rage Against the Machine) and co-produced by guitarist Adam Dutkiewicz.

KsE’ “Set This” World Ablaze DVD is currently certified Gold and with over 100,000 albums sold to date in Canada, the bands past two releases, As Daylight Dies and The End of Heartache, are both of the verge of Gold certification as well.

Killswitch Engage are spending the summer as a main stage attraction on the second annual Rockstar Energy Mayhem Fest, alongside the likes of Marilyn Manson and Slayer. KsE will then bring their hugely entertaining live show to Canada for a string of dates, starting in Montreal on September 8th –full list of dates below:
