MÖTLEY CRÜE – Nikki Sixx Demands Vince Neil Lose Weight Or He Will Be Fired! (UPDATED)

MÖTLEY CRÜE bassist, Nikki Sixx, purportedly first issued an ultimatum behind closed doors to his lead singer, Vince Neil, two years ago and TMD is now being told that Sixx once again demanded the troubled vocalist lose “fifty pounds” before they are scheduled to make their next U.S. live tour run in 2024 or he is going to be replaced.

Vince Neil first tried out a new toning machine in an apparent effort to get in shape for last year’s “The Stadium Tour”… but he got fat again while on tour, according to ousted CRÜE guitarist Mick Mars, who went on the record to say those were the worst 36 shows he ever played with the band he not only named but got their first financial backer and producer when they were founded in 1981.

Mars contends in his lawsuit he filed earlier this year against his old bandmates that they are faking out the fans by using “backing tracks” for main instrumentation and all vocals. Sixx denies Mars claim that the bassist did not play one note live last year on tour, despite the fact that he, Neil and Lee have all been busted using prerecorded tape at shows, including in 2023.

Mars other complaint is that Vince Neil ballooned in size during the tour last year and was not in good enough shape to perform, relied on a teleprompter to remember lyrics and then was forced to lip sync most the concerts, due to having drank so many $10,000 bottles of booze he wrecked his voice and had to pull a Milli Vanilli. Neil has made two very shaky concert appearances recently, one where he is sloppy drunk at Sammy Hagar’s birthday party and a gig for the Crue in Japan where the band got busted using backing tracks again.

The “Live Wire” singer attempted using Emsculpt Neo, a revolutionary new treatment which supposedly builds muscle and reduces fat using both radio frequency and high-intensity electromagnetic energies.

On September 2, 2021, Neil took to his Instagram to share a video of him at what appears to his home gym, and he wrote in an accompanying message: “Trying it all! Check out Emsculpt Neo abs, They say it’s 20,000 crunches in just 30 minutes!! #EmsculptNeo #emsculptpartner #moremusclelessfat #emsculpt @BTLAesthetics”.

Neil made headlines when he struggled to complete his solo concert at the Boone Iowa River Valley Festival in Boone two years ago. Based on fan-filmed video footage of the May 29 gig posted on YouTube, the aging rocker, who hadn’t performed in more than a year and a half due to the COVID-19 pandemic, began losing his voice several songs into his set, which consisted exclusively of CRÜE classics and cover songs previously recorded by the band.

14 songs into the performance, Vince attempted to sing CRÜE‘s smash hit “Girls, Girls, Girls” but gave up mid-song, explaining to the crowd: “Hey, guys… I’m sorry, you guys. It’s been a long time playin’. My fuckin’ voice is gone… Eh… We love you, and we’ll hopefully see you next time, man. Take care.”

Next the rotund singer fell off the stage in a drunken stupor and busted ribs at Monsters of the Mountain festival.

An anonymous source tells TMD that another massive fight broke out between Vince and Nikki over the obvious issues the legendary glam singer is having with losing weight and staying sober.

It’s being said that Nikki threatened to fire Vince for “dereliction of duty” and replace him again. Word is that Sixx might have to scrap all of the new songs they are recording now with Neil because in the source’s own words “they suck bad.”

Mick Mars has dropped the first single off his forthcoming debut solo album, and fans all over the world are giving the aging rocker all their support. If Mars scores a legal upset in court he can gain what is called “majority shareholder” status and fire everyone in the band for negligence, including Sixx, believe it or not.
