Classic metal queen DORO, former SCORPIONS master guitarist ULI JON ROTH and power metal titans BRAINSTORM have been confirmed as part of the line-up for the Monterrey Metal Fest IV that is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, September 16, 2009 (Mexican Independence Day holiday) at the Santa Lucia Arena in the city of Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, Mexico.

Only 3,000 VIP tickets will be sold for the new redesigned metal festival.
