The upcoming ninth studio album by thrash metal titans Exodus is entitled “The Atrocity Exhibition… Exhibit B”. Guitarist Gary Holt had already mentioned that Exodus would be releasing two albums within a short period of time, the first being The Atrocity Exhibition… Exhibit A which was released on October 23, 2007 and the next being Exhibit B which was slated to be released a few months later. When Exhibit A was released the band had already recorded four songs which would appear on the next record.
The original release date for Exhibit B was set for sometime in February of 2008, but these plans were dashed when the band got the wild notion to re-record their 1985 debut, Bonded by Blood, with the eventual release being titled “Let There be Blood” (2008).
The release date for Exhibit B is set for September 2009.
