SNORLAX, the death/black-metal one-man project created by Brendan Auld, head of the prolific Black Blood Audio in Australia and member of Descent, Siberian Hell Sounds and Consumed, have just unveiled a brand new track off their imminent debut full-length album “II”.
Titled “Encapsulated Apocalypse”, this new track is now playing at Decibel Magazine who commented “…it represents what Snorlax does best: Bone-snapping tempo changes, subterranean growls, and a sound that oozes crust ‘n’ dust. Auld is currently working on a renovation of his studios, and based on these songs you’d imagine the windows are sewer grates and he records by candelabra light.”

Recorded and mixed by Brendan Auld at Black Blood Audio, mastered by Simon at Empty Hall Studio, Spain, the follow-up to 2018’s highly acclaimed “Splintering” demo (Caligari Records) is set for release on January 10th via Brilliant Emperor Records. Pre-orders are now available here.
