VINCE NEIL – Retires, Claims He Is Not Having “Fun”

Sad news for Vince Neil fans. Speculation had been rife that the Mötley Crüe lead singer will announce his retirement from music, at age 58, with immediate effect. There is now confirmation. There will be no true Crue comeback, at least not with Vince rocking the microphone.

“Being a singer isn’t fun anymore.”

“As we get older, there are phases of life that we enter into, and being a singer-musician just isn’t fun anymore,” confessed Neil to a source who remained anonymous. Other reports hinted that he may branch out into other creative fields he is better at (and more interested in), though they didn’t provide any details. One source said there is a cooking show lined up and some commercials that Sally Struthers initially got offered but turned down. Believe it or not, word is that in 2020 Vince will be appearing in his own new reality show on VH1 called “Too Fat For Love.”

Vince passes the torch to Michael Starr of STEEL PANTHER… the rumors are true!

The rotund vocalist has been going through a series of major life setbacks on his way to attempting a gutsy comeback with his old band, including being committed to a “Fat Farm,” getting replaced by the singer of STEEL PANTHER and then falling and getting hurt when he attempted to escape the Benmor medical facility in the UK.

#ThankYouVince

For a little while on Saturday evening, #ThankYouVince was a trending hashtag on Twitter. As many fans reminisce and look back on all the unforgettable memories, some may wonder what about now made him make the decision.
