HEATHE – Streaming New Album In Its Entirety

Denmark’s doom/black-metal group HEATHE are now streaming their entire debut album “On The Tombstones, The Symbols Engraved”, more than three weeks ahead of its official release on May 16th via Wolves And Vibrancy Records.

The album is now playing in its entirety at No Clean Singing, who commented “The performers unite to create a vision of world-ending calamity through earth-splitting detonations of power and soaring, celestial evanescence. In this dramatic crescendo the experience is heavy enough to loosen the fillings in your teeth, and wondrous enough to spawn waking dreams of spellbinding magnificence.”

Check it out now here.

Heathe is a project born in Aalborg, Denmark, with a core of one single person and an ever changing line-up.

Taking its starting point in dissonance and endless repetitions, Heathe conjure massive and overwhelming, sonic walls of reverb trenched and metallic sounding noise collages, where desperate screams shrouded in colossal aggressive energy bursts reverberate in an endless darkness.

In the spring of 2016 Heathe released its demo tape on the small Aalborg-based label Danish Vaishyas and in May 2019 their debut album, “On The Tombstones, The Symbols Engraved”, will see the light of day. On this album Heathe slowly moves from breath-taking blackened doom to enervating and noisy hypno-rock. The record will be released by German-based label Wolves and Vibrancy digitally and on vinyl.

In a live setting Heathe unfolds as a 7-12 piece orchestra, where strings, horns, guitars, drums and organs paint trance inducing and massive soundscapes in which eternity and the present melt together in an almost ceremonial experience.

In its current formation, Heathe consist of a colourful palette of musicians, known from their endeavours in amongst others Get Your Gun, Hjalte Ross, Kogekunst, Kellermensch, The New Family, Døde Blomster etc…
