South Chicago based rockers CHOUT have released the official single, “Seasons,” off of their newest LP, Dogwater. Garnering immediate attention from no less than Loudwire, Metal Injection, and MetalSucks, the ALICE IN CHAINS influenced band is positioned to lead the simmering front of 90s grunge revival with a new, 3 song EP slated to drop in the next few weeks.
Chout is a Rock band from South Chicago formed in 2018. Childhood friends since elementary school, they are truly a band of brothers.
Combining both classic metal riffs with modern upbeat songwriting, Chout has been working on a new, yet, familiar sound. Having come from the south suburbs of Chicago, Chout has released an album (Dogwater) just as gloomy and doomy as the Gotham city itself. Tracks such as “Seasons” and “To Lose” showcase both a tasteful and crunchy stylistic approach to their overall progressive sound.
