The shrill cries of a child being beaten to death off in the distance pleased the Devil.

On any given day at the Fisherman’s wharf in San Francisco, little girls who wander away from their parents mysteriously vanish… never to be seen again.

When death takes you by the hand, there is no way to fight off evil incarnate.

As the little girl’s body went limp in his hands, the figure garbed in a black, druidic ceremonial robe, looked up at the sky and shouted: “Glory to Satan!”

Archangels are found in Kabbalah-based systems of ceremonial magic, each four of the main archangels (Gabriel, Michael, Raphael and Uriel) are invoked as guarding the four quarters, or ‘directions’, and they are said to have colors that correspond with magical properties.

Despite being thrown out of heaven by GOD, Lucifer is still considered an archangel by Satanists.

Satan’s army of sadistic Devil worshiping Luciferians have got Christians by the throat today.

The terrifying truth about “The Figure In Black” is that he is no alien, demon or mythical creation.

He is very much a living breathing person. I am going to tell you his story.

First, UFO researcher, John Keel, explains how fallen angel hybrids have already been living among us:

The Temple of Set was founded by retired Lt. Col Michael Aquino in 1975 in San Francisco, California and is a left-hand path cult that promotes ‘theistic Satanism’, while incorporating black magic, the Egyptian mysteries and Hermeticism into its ritual and doctrine.

“Aquino not only claims to have Faith in the Fallen Angel but believes the Prince of Darkness delivered to him a further revelation from Hell. This encounter was chronicled in Aquino’s treatise The Book of Coming Forth by Night (1985). In this text, he stated that “Set” — the ancient Egyptian name for Satan — instructed Aquino to form a new organization called the Temple of Set with members referred to as Setians.”.

It would serve as the face for the great Satanic Age.

Mr. Aquino was at the center of the Presidio daycare scandal back in the eighties, which is when the PEDOGATE saga began, along with the Franklin Cover Up and McMartin PreSchool tragedy.

It is my opinion that Mr. Aquino is the mastermind behind the modern version of the child snatching and killing for profit epidemic called #Pizzagate.

I have also determined that late rock stars, Chris Cornell and Chester Bennington, were murdered
by the elite pedophile ring for damning information they learned.

The covert government operation needs Aquino’s leadership to make it all work. He is a brilliant strategist due to his military background and his rare expertise in MK Ultra programming puts him at the front of the line when Uncle Sam calls for the best to pull duty.

There is nobody better for the job.

After looking closely at the #Pizzagate matter, and how Washington DC will not make a move to investigate the child porn that was allegedly found on Comet Ping Pong’s computer by a hacker over a year ago, it is obvious to see that the owner James Alefantis has big time protection due to who is truly pulling the strings.

Why else would a pedophile rock band like HEAVY BREATHING be allowed to legally perform at his all ages
establishment? Think about it.

It is now being kicked around the #truther community that Alefantis is the hooded creepy figure
that performs lead vocals in the band. It’s believed he is a member of the CIA funded operation called “The Finders”, and until someone in law enforcement brings this man in for proper questioning I am afraid he will continue to do very bad things to children… that’s just my take on things.

Let me remind everyone that Alefantis also made a death threat to another #Truther investigator, allegedly stating he would kill the man’s wife and mother too.

The CIA, the FBI, CPS, NSA, and many other government agencies, where Michael Aquino is regarded as a legend, I feel are totally complicit in the greatest human atrocity of all time.

Millions of kids over the past forty years in America have been systematically executed.

Michael Aquino, like Alefantis, is still very visible, and doing interviews on YouTube as if he’s a celebrity. With his powerful friends in Washington, Alefantis is still the golden boy. Come on, when you are buddies with the likes John Podesta, Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama, and the Rothschilds keep sending your company funding, you’re surely going to get help to keep the cover up going, for they can’t allow even a lower level member of the ring to go down, because all the cards in La La Land then come crashing down, got it?

Is Mr. Aquino the reincarnated version of Nimrod, the great grandson of Noah, who wed his mother, and started a Satanic world religion that unleashed total madness?

In the case files of the Presidio daycare nightmare, I learned that Mr. Aquino would dress up in a Nazi outfit, demanding the children he was abusing in the most sadistic manner to call him the ‘antichrist’.

The US government purportedly still allows Mr. Aquino, who is a retired senior citizen, top secret clearance at U.S. underground bases where MK Ultra is carried out totally clandestine, mainly on unwitting citizens, some of which were snatched in fake alien abductions.

Preschool and hourly daycare operations were both run by the US. Army at the Presidio of San Francisco, an enormous compound, headquarters of the Sixth Army, located close to the Golden Gate Bridge.

OutPost Of Freedom site details the allegations against Mr. Aquino AKA “The Figure In Black”:

Some of the children said they were taken from the day care center to private homes on the Presidio where they were sexually abused. Two houses were singled out on the Army post and at least one home off-post, in San Francisco.

One girl said she played “poo poo baseball” at the residence of one of her teachers. The girl said the game involved throwing “feces” at the teacher.

Other kids were forced to play the “goo goo game” with a man called “Mr. Gary”.

Reportedly, this involved him allowing the kids to “urinate and defecate” on him. Then he would return the favor. The children said they were forced to “drink urine and eat feces”, while others complained they had blood smeared all over their bodies.

Children claimed they had guns pointed at their heads. Others said they were told their parents would be murdered if they told anyone what they were forced to do.

One 3-year-old boy was molested on his first visit to the center. A 3-year-old girl said “Mr. Gary” used special pens, black, blue, pink and red — to doodle on her, starting at her legs and moving up over her genitals. There were five confirmed cases of chlamydia, including two of the four daughters of one family.

The Occult historian breaks it down further:

“Despite the allegations of a major widespread problem, THE Army, the FBI and the U.S. Attorney’s Office were united in wanting a simple pedophile case. The Army wanted the matter over with. The prosecutors wanted a case they would win. The more unusual the allegations, they felt, the harder it would be to win in court. So on Jan. 5, 1987, Gary Willard Hambright was arrested.”

Hambright, 35, was an ordained Southern Baptist minister without a pulpit. After moving to the Bay Area in 1977 from his home in Tacoma, Wash., he worked as a substitute teacher in San Francisco schools before taking the $7.59 per hour job at the day care center in 1985. At his arraignment, he described himself as “an educator, not a criminal.” His close friend Gordon Grover, a beauty salon owner, said the thin, pale man with blond hair is “probably one of the most gentle people you will ever know.”

There is said to a be a concrete bunker behind the military intelligence building at the Presidio, where the words “Prince of Darkness” are eerily painted in blood red on one wall.

Once used a long time ago to house artillery guns, the concrete reinforced batteries now double as ‘ritual chambers’. Emblazoned next to the “Prince of Darkness” is the word “Die,” and one wall is covered with the repeating numerals 666, along with scary demonic drawings.

An even more horrific picture is painted for us:

“A clearing in the center of the concrete floor, where the ground is exposed, is filled with refuse and partly burned logs. On the front wall beneath the window that faces the Military Intelligence Building is a huge pentagram inside a circle. In the rear, where sunlight gives way to darkness, white and black candle drippings sit atop a dome shaped recession in the wall, apparently a crude altar. Incense sticks lie half burned to the side. At another battery farther up Lincoln Boulevard, a large drawing of Satan, with red eyes and horns appears on an outside concrete wall. Doors to the battery are secured shut; there are no windows to climb though. No entry is possible here. It would be easy to dismiss the satanic graffiti as the pranks of adolescents, taking advantage of the isolated bunkers to play new versions of ‘Dungeons and Dragons’. But events in the Presidio case suggested something more sinister could have been involved.”

In the early 1980’s, while employed as an MP at the Presidio, a man named Albanoski recalls:

“We got a call from the Portola MacArthur housing area. One person reported a man dressed in black holding a little girl’s hand running toward the park. Another call came in saying they heard screams near the creek.”

Going to search a gardener’s shack at Julius Kahn Park, “We heard noises coming from inside.”

“We kicked the door open and here’s this nice little bedroom. In a corner was a mannequin with a gun aimed at the door. On the left side there was a bunk against the wall. There was a pentagram on the floor, a huge one. There were dolls’ heads all over the ceiling, just off-the-wall stuff.” Music was blaring from a radio.

Albanoski was given approval to begin ‘surveillance’ of the shack. Shockingly, not long after, the investigation was called off.

“We were sitting there, we’ve got a cult on the Presidio of San Francisco and nobody cares about it,” Albanoski says. “We were told by the provost marshall to just forget about it”.

When interviewed by authorities, the little girl identified Gary Hambright from a photo lineup and said she had been driven to Mikey and Shamby’s home by Hambright. There, she said, she “was abused by Hambright, Mikey and Shamby in a room with black walls.”

She said Hambright and Mikey were dressed up in women’s clothing… and Shamby was dressed like a man.

The investigators drove her to Leavenworth Street in San Francisco.

The girl was tasked to try and identify any of the houses that she had been to during the episodes of abuse. While walking past 2430 Leavenworth, she promptly identified the house as the one where she met “Mikey” and “Shamby.” The home belonged to none other than… the Aquino’s.

The Beast Is Born: THE FIGURE IN BLACK

The background of the man many now believe is the most prolific serial killer ever takes us down a deep, ugly hole straight to hell.

“In 1967, Michael Aquino began a two-year tour of duty in Vietnam, taking part in the infamous Phoenix Program. The Phoenix Program was an assassination/torture/terror operation that was initiated by the CIA, with the aim of ‘neutralizing’ the civilian infrastructure that supported the VietCong insurgency in South Vietnam. It was a terrifying ‘final solution’ that blatantly violated the Geneva Conventions. Targets for assassination included VC tax collectors, supply officers, political cadre, local military officials, and suspected sympathizers. However, ‘faulty intelligence’ more often than not led to the murder of innocent civilians, even young children. Sometimes orders were even given to kill US military personnel who were considered security risks. In 1971, William Colby, head of CIA in Vietnam at the time, later testified that the number killed was 20,857, while South Vietnamese government figures claimed it was 40,994 dead. This murderous psyop program had the effect of creating legions of cold-blooded psychopathic killers who would return home to the USA as completely different people than when they left. Many of them would become involved in satanism during or after their involvement in the Phoenix Program. And Michael Aquino was there to lead them into it. Soon after these killers started coming home, there began a steady rise in horrific serial murders with satanic undertones that centered around the southern California area (where Michael Aquino has always lived).”

According to an article in the Oct. 30, 1987 San Francisco Examiner, one of the victims had identified Aquino and his wife as participants in the child rape.

The victim stated the Aquinos had “filmed scenes of the child being fondled by Hambright in a bathtub. The child’s description of the house, which was also the headquarters of Aquino’s Satanic Tempe of Set, was so detailed, that police were able to obtain a search warrant.”

After the raid was over, they confiscated videotapes, photo negatives, and other evidence that the home has been the hub of a pedophile ring, operating around U.S. military bases.

On April 19, 1988 the ten count indictment against Hambright was dropped by U.S. Attorney Joseph P. Russoniello, on the grounds that, while there was clear evidence of child abuse (six of the children contacted the venereal disease, (chlamydia), there was insufficient evidence to link Hambright (or the Aquinos) to the crimes.

Parents of the victims cried out in rage at the ruling, one saying: “the Federal system has broken down in not being able to protect the rights of citizens age three to eight.”

In 1980, according to sworn testimony given before a US Senate, MK ULTRA mind-control sex slave Cathy O’Brien claimed that she was programmed at Fort Campbell, Kentucky, in 1980 by Lt. Col. Michael Aquino.

She went on the record to say that Aquino “used barbaric trauma techniques on both her daughter Kelly and herself that involved NASA technology.”

THE PRESIDIO: The Most Horrifying Abuse Of Children Ever

A search warrant was served on the Aquino home on Aug. 14, 1987. In attendance were agents from the FBI and the San Francisco Police.

Due to it being a case of abuse which allegedly occurred on city property, it was to be a city case.

Among the items seized were:

“video tapes, cassette tapes, notebooks with names and addresses, two photo albums one paper plate and two plastic gloves from the kitchen garbage, four plastic cases of negatives and 29 photos of costumes and masks.”

Aquino called the investigation of his home “a witch hunt.”

“The Army has known about my religion for the last 18 years and has no problem.”

As the story goes, an Army spokesman at the Pentagon labeled his military career as “extraordinary” and say he is entitled to his religious beliefs.

As for his top security clearance, they said “his openness about being a satanist makes him much less of a security risk.”

The fact is not only did this monster avoid a lengthy prison sentence, the Army did not suspend his clearance when he joined the Church of Satan, founded by Anton LaVey, in 1969. Nor when Aquino founded his own satanic church in 1975.

Mind War was Aquino’s thesis on the use of psychological operations. Discusses Psychotronic Weapons and the use of propaganda against the domestic population during peacetime.

“Of the nearly 25,000 runaways reported to NCMEC in 2017, one in seven were likely victims of child sex trafficking. Of those, 88 percent were in the care of social services when they went missing. NCMEC also participates in the AMBER Alert Program, a voluntary partnership between broadcasters, transportation agencies, law enforcement agencies, and the wireless industry to activate an urgent bulletin in the most serious child abduction cases. NCMEC serves as the secondary distributor of these alerts and, to date, 910 children have been successfully recovered as a result of the AMBER Alert program, including 47 recoveries credited to the wireless emergency alert program. NCMEC’s forensic artists have age-progressed more than 6,500 images of long-term missing children and created more than 500 facial reconstructions for unidentified deceased children. NCMEC is currently assisting with more than 708 cases of unidentified children’s remains, and so far has assisted in 117 identifications.

In 2017 the CyberTipline received more than 10 million reports, most of which related to:

Apparent child sexual abuse images.
Online enticement, including “sextortion.”
Child sex trafficking.
Child sexual molestation.

“Paul Bonacci a courageous survivor who endured almost two decades of degradation under Project MONARCH, has disclosed strong corroborating evidence of wide scale crimes and corruption from the municipal/state level all the way up to the White House. He has testified about sexually-abused males selected from Boy’s Town in Nebraska and taken to nearby Offut AFB, where he says they were subjected to intense MONARCH programming, directed mainly by Commander Bill Plemmons andformer Lt. Col. Michael Aquino. After thoroughly tormenting the young boys into mindless oblivion, they were used (along with girls)for pornography and prostitution with several of the nation’s political and economic power brokers. Bonacci recalled being transported from the Air Force base via cargo planes to McClelland AFB in California. Along with other unfortunate adolescents andteenagers, he was driven to the elite retreat, Bohemian Grove. The perpetrators took full advantage of these innocent victims, committing unthinkable perversions in order to satisfy their deviant lusts, including forcing the young boy to have sex with a dead child during a snuff film said to have been directed by Hunter S. Thompson.”

The man who is said to have killed the little boy after raping him on film is described as “tall” and wearing a black executioner-like “robe”. Also, the child slaying psychopath was known to belong to a cult.

The Bohemian grove where all these elite sickos get together to sacrifice kids was started by the National Press club. This is the reason behind the mainstream news blackout on #Pizzagate.

They simply will not report one word on the biggest human atrocity ever.

Did you know that nearby Mount Shasta is actually a volcano that last erupted in the late 1700s?

The Lightbearer created “The Figure In Black”, nephilim/human hybrid, and the evil Central Intelligence Agency is 100% guilty of training and funding this psychopath to end all others.

Most importantly, I wanted to share chilling background in Mr. Aquino’s legendary career as one of the most vicious killers the military has ever produced via this researcher:

South Vietnamese government figures were 40,994 dead. CIA officer Ted Shackley
managed (600 military and (40-50) CIA liaison officers) who were working with South
Vietnamese officers in 44 provinces. Ted Shackley and Robert Komer played key roles in
recruiting Phoenix Program personnel. Many Covert Action officers were Cuban
refugees from the Bay of Pigs fiasco. They ran the CIA’s Counter-Terror (CT) Teams,
which were in fact assassination squads. Colby, Komer, and Shackley reported to DCI
Richard Helms and the White House. From the beginning the Phoenix Program was
conceived by the White House and supported by the CIA. Phoenix called for “neutralizing”
1800 targets a month. About one third of VC targeted for arrest were summarily executed. Green Berets and Navy SEALs would assassinate suspected VC sympathizers or cadres, as well as South Vietnamese
collaborators and double agents. In 1982 an Ex-Phoenix operative revealed that sometimes
orders were given to kill U.S. military personnel who were considered security risks.
He suspects the orders came not from “division”, but from a higher authority such as the
CIA or the Office of Naval Intelligence.”

The following is testimony from Vincent Okamoto, a combat officer in Vietnam
during 1968:

“The problem was, how do you find the people on the blacklist? It’s not like you had their
address and telephone number. The normal procedure would be to go into a village and just
grab someone and say, ‘Where’s Nguyen so-and-so?’ Half the time the people were so afraid
they would say anything. Then a Phoenix team would take the informant, put a sandbag over
his head, poke out two holes so he could see, put commo wire around his neck like a long
leash, and walk him through the village and say, ‘When we go by Nguyen’s house scratch your
head.’ Then that night Phoenix would come back, knock on the door, and say, ‘April Fool,
motherfucker.’ Whoever answered the door would get wasted. As far as they were
concerned whoever answered was a Communist, including family members. Sometimes
they’d come back to camp with ears to prove that they killed people.”

“Penetrations into the Viet Cong Infrastructure was accomplished by blackmailing or
terrorizing a member of a targeted individual’s family to gathering information. Every
Vietnamese 15 and over had to register and carry identity cards, these records were
computerized and eventually it evolved into a highly computerized and statistical
means of generating 1800 names a month for the target list, coordinating the information
on suspects from 30,000 plus informants. When the strategic Hamlet program failed, CIA
and military intelligence concentrated on the Phoenix Program, a terror campaign aimed
at the civilian population. Instead of winning hearts and minds, using the threat of
assassination and a state of terror to defeat the NV. Many non-political Vietnamese
were arrested and tortured and in effect forced into the resistance army. Phoenix
Program architect Robert Komer, after leaving the Pentagon said, “I would have done
a lot of things differently and been more cautious about getting us involved.”
He called the war “a strategic disaster which cost us 57,000 lives and a half
trillion dollars.””
