Formed in the early winter months of 2009, From the Void is a Black Metal group from Northern Finland bringing forth their gospel of the end times, fire, light, ashes and truth.

Formed in the early winter months of 2009, From the Void is a Dark-/Black Metal group from northern Finland bringing forth their gospel of the end times, fire, light, ashes and truth.
Known for their elaborate and atmospheric audio-visual live shows the band has made some name for itself and won a couple battle-of-the-bands competitions.

In 2012, From the Void won a spot to play in the renowned Jalometalli metal-festival in Oulu. After the festival the band went on a hiatus for two years, but made it’s return in late 2014 in a band competition, winning it and securing themselves time in the legendary MasterVox studios.

Now active, working on their debut release, music video and more live shows, the band is more hungry and ambitious than ever.
