According to forensic expert Shishir K. Yadav:
“Asphyxia or asphyxiation is a condition of severely deficient supply of oxygen to the body that arises from being unable to breathe normally. Asphyxia causes generalized hypoxia, which primarily affects the tissues and organs. The asphyxia in legal aspect can be caused by a number of events i.e. hanging, strangulation, suffocation, smothering, choking, electricity shock, etc. Strangulation, the deliberate squeezing of the neck, can cut off oxygen to the brain, drowning, where the air in the lungs is replaced by water.
The airway can be physically be blocked by hanging, when a person is suspended in the air by a rope or other object wrapped around their throat. Asphyxiation from hanging can occur quickly if the trachea is compressed, or can occur as a result of strangulation if the carotid arteries are compressed.”
This information is important to understand when investigating what actually happened to
Chris Cornell the night he died.
The forensic expert continues:
“When investigating a suspected case of asphyxiation, a forensic investigator will look for telltale signs. For example, in the case of strangulation, neck injury could be evident when an autopsy is done on the victim. The squeezing of the neck, whether manually or via an object tied around the neck, can produce distinctive injuries (just as eyes will display pin-point eye hemorrhages). So will larynx injury resulting from blows to the neck.”
Furthermore, TMD has learned from the forensic experts notes that:
“In a case of hanging, though generally suicidal… in some cases hanging is HOMICIDAL which can be distinguished by the physical evidence. It is actually only when hanging from a high suspension point that the victim has diagonal marks on the neck like an inverted ‘V’, which does not run around the full circumference of the neck.”
Since we do know according to Chris Cornell’s autopsy that the ligature did go ‘full circumference’
around his neck in the horizontal manner, there is no way he would be able to get the classic suicide V mark from a high hanging, that is why TMD believes the killer specifically used the lower ‘partial’ suspension, an unusal manner of self hanging in suicide, to help cover up the fact that Chris had indeed been strangled to death… and then suspended to the door by the killer.
And so now knowing that the very distinct and easy to detect inverted ‘V’ mark would NOT ever be seen on Chris, because that kind of mark cannot be accomplished via partial suspension as Chris Cornell was indeed found, it makes one think that maybe there was a reason it was done that way.
The last man to see Chris alive was bodyguard Martin Kirsten. He has a military background and reportedly works for a high brow professional security agency that caters to ‘A-List’ celebs.
Are you all following? The man is a skilled assassin.
He is both trained and paid to hurt people. That’s what he knows how to do better than anything, got it?
And was it indeed Martin Kirsten who fed the line to the medic that night about Chris having a “history of depression”? Because on the call you can hear the EMS person say that very statement. How would he know that info unless the only other person in the room would have told him. And guess what?
The only other person in that room standing near EMS that knew Chris personally was who?
MARTIN KIRSTEN
Moreover, if Martin Kirsten called 911 when he found Chris at 12:15AM, why did it take 45 minutes for EMS to respond? We now know that the correct timeline EMS arrived on scene is around 1AM and failed to revive Chris after 30 minutes, calling dispatch with remarks to pronounce the singer dead.
Why did it take 45 minutes? According to a 2016 report posted online by DETROIT (WDIV), the emergency response times in Detroit have decreased to the national average.
Several years ago, getting an ambulance to respond to an emergency could take an average of 18 to 22 minutes.
(The EMS response time in Detroit) is now:
eight minutes and ten seconds.
So if EMS arrives at 1AM all we need to do is backup the clock to 12:52AM. This means Martin Kirsten had control of room #1136 and Chris Cornell from 12:15 to that point, which is a total of 37 minutes.
Why did the man paid to protect Chris Cornell take 37 minutes to call 911?
And the forensic expert adds:
“Petechial hemorrhages, caused by blood leaking from capillaries in the eyes due to heavy pressure on the neck, are typical of strangulation… not often found in a hanging. Their absence can therefore help distinguish a hanging from a strangulation.”
(Not Chris Cornell – An Example Of Eye Hemorrhages)
There you have it. Chris Cornell did not commit suicide. According to the expert testimony, he was murdered.
The experts detail would definitely 100% hold up in a legal trial and verifies that based
on the evidence found in Chris Cornell’s autopsy performed by Theodore Brown, ‘eye hemorrhage’ is slam dunk for homicidal strangulation coupled with the fact Chris suffered 9 rib fractures, head trauma – as noted by EMS on the scene.
On all high suspension hanging, the expert adds:
“The point where the noose meets the vertical part of the rope is pulled up and away from the body and does not leave a mark on the neck. This can be used to distinguish a hanging from a strangulation. However, in a hanging from a low suspension point, the marks on the neck tend to be horizontal rather than diagonal and may look more characteristic of a homicidal strangulation.
This can also be used in the fabrication crime as a perfect cover up for the crime, because
both ‘ligature patterns look similar’ in partial suspension hanging suicide and homicical strangulation.”
This is why TMD believes the killer was trained to kill with a military background and
understanding the art of killing a human being and leaving no possible trace that he
had anything to do with it, understand?

The forensic expert continues:
“A person may be murdered, and the dead body suspended to simulate suicide.
The body having been found suspended is obvious to have a ligature mark round the neck. But the presence alone does not enable to diagnose that death being due to ‘suicidal hanging’ as similar ligature mark can be found by suspending the body within two hours after death.
Therefore mere presence of a ligature mark does not point to ‘suicide by hanging’ as the cause of death.
By giving the “latch theory” to police, Kirsten successfully got them to not suspect him based off the singular belief that he was indeed telling the truth about the latch being locked from inside by Chris.
Well if Chris was already dead as was just proven via the forensic analysis because ‘eye hemorrhage’ doesn’t occur from hanging suicide but only HOMICIDAL STRANGULATION, it looks like police need to call the bodyguard in for another round of questioning.
