Den Headz, the semi final round of judging is completed. Only ten bands out of twenty will move forward in the contest today. The groups with the lowest scoring have already been eliminated by TMD’s 3 judges. We wish them the best of luck in their future endeavors. But now it’s time to find out who the best of the best is!!
There is no public performance in this Battle Of Bands online contest. Judging is based solely on most current studio music and video posted on YouTube of live performance. Scoring is 1-10 for each category. Obviously 10 being the highest and 1 being the lowest. The winning band with the highest point total overall in these categories: Presentation, Musicianship and Popularity – will be given a 1 year label representation deal with The Metal Den Records (Value $2,000) OR a 4 month ‘full-time publicist’ deal with TMD Promotions (Value $2,000).
The winner is allowed to choose which grand prize they want between those two options.
The final round, ‘Live Video Performance’, goes down next Thursday, Sep 29th at www.themetalden.com, and the top 5 overall scores (between semi & final rounds) will receive prizes worth thousands of dollars, including worldwide publicity that only TMD provides!!!
