Texas metal band IGNITOR were recently confirmed as the latest main-stage addition to next year’s Ragnarökkr Metal Apocalypse festival which will be held at Reggie’s Rock Club May 6th & 7th in Chicago, Illinois.
IGNITOR features in it’s ranks veterans of the U.S. metal scene, including founding guitarist Stuart Laurence (Batlord) from AGONY COLUMN and legendary frontman Jason McMaster of DANGEROUS TOYS & WATCHTOWER alongside co-founding drummer Pat Doyle best known for his work with THE OFFENDERS. The recently revamped line-up of IGNITOR now includes bassist Billy Dansfiell, (AGONY COLUMN) and rhythm guitarist Robert Williams (WITCHES MARK). IGNITOR is currently recording the follow up to 2012’s “Year Of The Metal Tiger” full-length at Emphatic Audio Recording Studio in Austin, Texas for a tentative early Spring release.
