After returning to EXODUS last year, it seems Steve “Zetro” Souza will not be continuing as front man for HATRIOT any longer. The band comments:
“As some already may know Zetro will not be fulfilling the vocal duties in Hatriot. Zetro has a made a full come back with Exodus, and had originally agreed to perform in both bands full time.
“At the time we were content with Zetro to remain in Hatriot and Exodus. Due to the impact of him returning to Exodus, their recent successful release, and their current hype it had become complicated for Zetro to perform vocals in both bands.
“We had come to the conclusion as a band not to get a new singer and instead promote Cody, Zetro’s son, to bass guitar and vocals. Cody sounds very much in the vein of his father. During Zetro’s time away Cody would fulfill vocals on various practices and shows. Zetro will continue being a part of the Hatriot camp assisting in running operations, writing lyrics, and overseeing the band as a whole.
“We are hard at work on our third studio album, which will debut Cody Souza on vocals. We will be adding the song ‘From My Cold Dead Hands’ off our sophomore album ‘Dawn Of The New Centurion’ on our band page featuring Cody on vocals.”
