DRUDKH – Streaming “Cursed Sons II” Track

Enigmatic Ukrainian black metal pioneers DRUDKH are streaming the second new track taken from their highly anticipated new album, ‘A Furrow Cut Short’. The track, titled “Cursed Sons II”, is streaming now at Decibel Magazine here.

‘A Furrow Cut Short’ will be released by Season of Mist on May 19, and will be available across several CD and limited edition LP formats. The track list can be seen below.

Their most epic full-length to date, ‘A Furrow Cut Short’ features the grandeur of seven huge, sweeping songs that draw inspiration from the genre’s true roots. Eschewing speed and brutally for ambiance and mood, each piece is a journey downward giving pause only for a fell voice from the wilderness. Without a doubt, ‘A Furrow Cut Short’ is black metal brilliance, and the ultimate statement of intent from a true genre leader.

The band’s first new studio record since 2012, ‘A Furrow Cut Short’ is DRUDKH’s follow up album to the critically acclaimed ‘Eternal Turn of the Wheel’. The album represents the ancient pagan cycle of the seasons and a marked a return to the band’s roots and early sound.
