Spanish thrash band ANGELUS APATRIDA is currently finishing up the last details of their forthcoming album coming out via Century Media Records.
The same creative staff that worked on the band’s previous two studio recordings, “Clockwork” (2010) and “The Call” (2012), has teamed up again for this new effort, entitled “Hidden Evolution.” The album was once again recorded in Moita, Portugal at Ultrasound Studio with producer Daniel Cardoso and will be released on January 19th in Europe and January 27th in North America (digital only).
Angelus Apatrida comments: “It’s been the hardest recording work we ever done, but we couldn’t be happier about how it sounds. Inspiration for the music in this album came from all the experiences we lived through on the road during the last two years and the result sounds more elaborated. There’s some of the hardest and fastest stuff we ever done, but also some of the more melodic stuff we ever composed.
“Working with Daniel and the people from Ultrasound Studios has been killer as usual. Moita is a small, cozy and quiet town close to Lisbon, and it’s been the third time we recorded there. Their narrow streets made of stone, the beautiful river and decadent squares feel like home; the perfect home for us, a place to get away from other things and fully concentrate.”
The album’s track listing is as follows:
1. Immortal
2. First World Of Terror
3. Architects
4. Tug Of War
5. Serpents On Parade
6. Wanderers Forever
7. End Man
8. Speed Of Light
9. I Owe You Nothing
10. Hidden Evolution
