Touring to support their 2013 release Spiritual Genocide, German thrash metal institution DESTRUCTION will launch their North American headlining tour on Tuesday, March 18th in Worcester, Massachusetts with direct support from Brazilian death metal kings KRISIUN. Guest openers will be North Carolina metallers WIDOW (March 18th – 24th) and California death thrashers EXMORTUS (March 25th – April 14th).

“A good two years ago, DESTRUCTION had a very tough American tour with tour bus break downs, promoters bailing out, and crew members disappearing. We still have an open court case running so I can’t say too much about one of the biggest disasters in the band’s long history, but it made us re-think our whole procedure for touring plans and partners.
One thing was certain, though: the ones who supported us, THE FANS, the thrashers and all the real metalheads across the country, should not suffer from the circumstances of that ruinous trip.
We are really looking forward to our return to North America next month with our brothers in KRISIUN, a new booking agency, and the belief that this time, in our 31st year of existence, we can choose from a set list that was never any better and tighter!
So get ready to rumble America: German old-school thrash is back in town! See you in the pit!!!”
