CORROSION OF CONFORMITY have their sights set on their next album and will devote their full attention to it after the conclusion of their ongoing tour with Danzig and The Agonist. Writing sessions for the outing have already begun with band vocalist/bassist Mike Dean stating:
“We have a lot of lyric writing to refine but a lot of solid musical arrangements in place. We plan to begin basic tracking for half the songs as soon as we return to North Carolina. During the recording of the Megalodon EP, we settled into a good style of collaboration with our long-time producer John Custer. The band, and myself in particular, get our hands dirty in creating the recording and this next round will be a continuation of that method. We actually can’t wait to get back to work on the new songs.”
