Huddersfield thrashers EVILE have revealed the album title and artwork for their upcoming fourth album.
The quartet’s new release will be called ‘Skull’ and the brutal album artwork, painted by Eliran Kantor (Testament, Sodom), can be seen above.
The follow up to 2011′s ‘Five Serpent’s Teeth’ saw the band working with producer Russ Russell (Napalm Death, Dimmu Borgir) once again at Parlour Studios in Kettering and is set for release on 27 May via Earache.
Evile will also be participating in Record Store Day this year, with the release of a limited edition 7″ split picture disc with Entombed, which sees the band’s rendition of the Entombed classic ‘Drowned’ (recorded especially for our Secret History Of Earache) alongside the original. The foursome will also be performing a free show at Crash Records in Leeds for anyone who purchases the record on the day.
Evile will play the following shows next month:
Apr. 20 – Leeds, UK – Crash Records (Record Store Day UK show)
Apr. 26 – Dublin, Ireland – The Academy (with Kreator/Xentrix)
Apr. 27 – Manchester, UK – HMV Ritz (with Kreator/Xentrix)
Apr. 28 – London, UK – HMV Forum (with Kreator/Xentrix)
