MÖTLEY CRÜE’s tour with KISS has been thrown a monkey wrench after lead vocalist Vince Neil reportedly broke his foot onstage at a show in Ohio on Wednesday night (Sep 12).
Paramedics were called to treat the the singer after he reportedly sustained the injury during the band’s concert with Kiss at the Blossom Music Center in Cuyahoga Falls, a suburb of Cleveland.
Neil feared he may have broken his foot, and was taken to the next tour stop in Toronto, Canada, where he would consult doctors and undergo an X-ray.
The star told fans the bad news in a post on his Twitter.com page, writing, “Cleveland tonight. Paramedics think I broke my foot. I hope not. Getting X-ray tomorrow in Toronto. Thanks Cleveland for understanding!!”
Today Neil updated his fans with the following Tweet to confirm the injury: “Yea it’s broke!!”
MÖTLEY CRÜE is due back on stage with the Crue Tonight (Sep 13) in Toronto. No official word yet if the show has been rescheduled for another date.
