Thunderous sludge metal duo BLACK COBRA have returned to their hometown in San Francisco to recuperate from a seemingly endless bout of heavy-duty touring across multiple continents in support of their incredibly well-received fourth LP Invernal. The band surpassed playing their 600th show since the release of their debut LP Bestial in 2006 on the recent set of tour dates!
While the band plan on staying off the road for the coming months shall remain far from dormant during that time. BLACK COBRA issued a statement this week with some info on what is to come: “It’s been a really killer few months, but it’s also good to be home. We have some stuff coming up on the horizon during the rest of the year though. The Japanese release of Invernal should be on its way soon, and a video for ‘The Crimson Blade’ is in the works. We’re definitely going to keep moving.”
This month, amidst the vast amount of international media praise of Invernal over the past half a year, BLACK COBRA was featured on Fox News Latino! Check out the massive coverage AT THIS LOCATION
