Randy Blythe, the singer of American metal group LAMB OF GOD may be released from custody soon. Municipal Court in Prague has rejected the complaint of the State Representative, who did not agree with the possibility of release on bail. Municipal Court instead increased bail double to 400 thousand dollars.
The band’s manager had already paid the initial set bail amount of 200 thousand weeks back but the singer was never freed and now is forced to forfeit what equals two years of annual income.
“I don’t know anything about any sort of incident,” Blythe says, recently speaking out from within jail.
Even if they pay, it does not have Blythe completely out of the woods. “matter will be of the municipal court shall send the reasoned decision in the district court. And then it will be possible to assemble the money,” he said on Tuesday afternoon or a lawyer,” this according to a spokeswoman court Martina lhotákové would be to it should be in the next few days.
