SOULFLY frontman Max Cavalera was diagnosed with Bell’s Palsy last week on his return from Australia, but is expected to make a full recovery.
The following is a statement posted by Roadrunner Records:
We wish Soulfly frontman Max Cavalera all the best in recovering from a recent bout with Bell’s Palsy, a form of facial paralysis resulting from a dysfunction of the cranial nerve VII (the facial nerve) that results in the inability to control facial muscles on the affected side. Max was diagnosed with a case of Bell’s Palsy last week upon his return from Australia, but is expected to make a full recovery.
Soulfly’s new album “Enslaved” is slated for release on March 13, 2012 through Roadrunner Record.
