Swedish metal band DARK FUNERAL has postponed their upcoming North American tour with ABIGAIL WILLIAMS and support acts. The trek was set to kick off in late-January and run through February. DARK FUNERAL has issued the following statement:
“It is with great regret that we have to inform you today that our North American Tour has to be postponed. Due to circumstances and events way beyond our control, there is no other way but to postpone these dates. And yes, our triumphant return to the United States Of America is definitely not cancelled, but postponed. And we will try to announce the new North American tourdates as soon as possible, so you better stay tuned!”
ABIGAIL WILLIAMS had the following to say:
“Yes, it’s true, the Dark Funeral tour is cancelled. In light of this we are working on booking our own DIY headlining shows across the US in addition to the week of headlining dates we already have booked. So far we have shows in Worcester and Trenton confirmed and we will be posting more as we get them booked. anyone interested in helping out email [email protected]. be sure to check our dates section for updated dates as they come.”
