MÖTLEY CRÜE’s two-week residency in Las Vegas in February could mark the end of lead vocalist Vince Neil’s run with the band. Robin Leach’s blog on LasVegasWeekly.com quotes Neil as saying he is “thinking seriously about” leaving Motley Crue.
Neil elaborates, “This is all about me thinking about the second half of my life, thinking about my future, and that future might not include MÖTLEY CRÜE after Vegas. There are so many opportunities that are in front of me that I’m really excited about. I just don’t want to look back later in life and regret that I didn’t pursue them.”
Neil says he will make a final decision on the matter after the residency is over. Motley Crue will stage 12 concerts at The Joint in the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino from February 3 to 19.
