Legendary MÖTLEY CRÜE bassist Nikki Sixx fired off this Tweet on Friday:
“Just to clarify, Bret Michaels recently said I apologized to him about derogatory comments that Motley made about Poison in the past and that isn’t what I said. What I did say was “I personally never had anything against you guys as people but Motley just sorta thought you sucked as band but lets give the fans what they want and go out and have a good time”
No idea how this statement will affect these guys ability to be around each other for an extended period of time, wait… worse that that actually, how about being locked up on a large tour together?
That’s right. Crue has announced a summer headlining tour with support from Poison and special guests New York Dolls (not to be confused with Poison’s solo tour, “Glam-A- Geddon 25”)… so things ought to get a bit interesting. Here are the confirmed tour dates:

If I were Motley Crue, I’d not be saying anything about “sucking.” These men define that term. Saw them in San Bernadino (along with their entourage of painted, drunk as a skunk followers) and they give new meaning to untalented, washed up band. The singer was the only one whose talent still shimmered. He should go solo and dump these other guys.
another case of Pot vs. Kettel. Just go on tour, make your money and call it good.
Speaking of suck – can somebody please teach Vince Neil to sing ALL the words and not drop half while is appears constantly out of breath? Vince cannot sing, Tommy Lee has went B-boy rap gangsta … man the Crue screams cashgrab and I dont feel like being a sucker funding their lifestyle. Motley and KISS and two acts I refuse to give a penny. And I loved both growing up.
