SYSTEM DIVIDE will finally be hitting the road in the US in early 2011. The tour begins on February 1st in Philadelphia, PA and wraps up in Atlanta, GA on February 26th. This tour is in support of their Metal Blade Records debut album, The Conscious Sedation, which hit streets in September 2010. The album can be ordered and fans can see the video for The Apex Doctrine now on metalblade.com/systemdivide.
Founded in the summer of 2008, SYSTEM DIVIDE quickly became a transnational project. Within its ranks includes vocalists Sven De Caluwe (Aborted), Miri Milman, Michael Wilson (ex-Abigail Williams), Andrew Lenthe (Antenora), and Mike Heller (Malignancy). Mixing and mastering for The Conscious Sedation was handled by the infamous James Murphy (Aborted, Testament, Lazarus AD, Sigh, Arsis). The Apex Doctrine video was directed by Kevin Custer (Hatebreed, Testament, Dope, Dying Fetus, Suffocation).

“If the goal was to flatten the likes of In This Moment, Otep, and other female-fronted acts, then mission accomplished.” Blistering.com
“Milman’s vocals, especially in ‘Stagnant Progression’ and ‘The Apex Doctrine’ are used perfectly to compliment the complex array of sounds System Divide set up. System Divide remind me of Eluveitie in that they can write incredible death metal songs around epic themes and use female vocals to control the damage.” 4.5/5, TheNewReview.net
