SYSTEM DIVIDE, featuring Aborted’s Sven De Caluwe, entrenched themselves in the scene with their own brand of melody-haunted metal on last year’s EP, ‘The Collapse,’ mixing a wall of dissonance with grit well beyond just a myriad of blast beats.
On ‘Vagaries of Perception,’ the worldwide act (U.S., Belgium and Israel are all represented) takes a step further in their evolution. Milman’s clear voice soars alongside De Caluwe’s gutter growl. It’s serene, yet the tech movements of the song preach destruction. Noisecreep is proud to premiere the song, which is the lead track from ‘The Conscious Sedation.’

For the full-length debut, production was handled once again by guitarist Cole Martinez, but the mixing and mastering was brought to famed Testament guitarist James Murphy (Daath, Lazarus AD). The result is a merciless assault of metal proportions.
‘The Conscious Sedation’ is due Sept. 14 via Metal Blade.
