ROCKET RANT: For All The Smack Talkers!

The past six months at my site TMD has been the most
explosive in my young career as a rock journalist.
I’m told daily my work is the best around… and then the next
moment I will receive a nasty email or comment left to
try and put me in my place. Listen up, yeah,
muthafucker that means YOU!

I have a wealth of contacts in the metal biz and
literally a million fans that have read my rock journalism in the past 5 years.
Don’t forget I’ve been published at the top rock band sites: DOWN, HELLYEAH,
FILTER, MOTLEY CRUE bassist Nikki Sixx’s ‘Sixx Sense’ radio show official site, just
to name a few of the more than 200+ sites my creation THE METAL DEN has been
featured at in the last six months alone.

I also have a OZZY OSBOURNE CD from Epic Records with my name and TMD’s
actually imprinted on it, from when they personally requested I review it.

Do you have one of those?

This year I also was the first rock journalist to ever break a never released
KISS track to the public.. not once… but how about TWICE!!! LOL

Furthermore, Victory Records and Prosthetic Records both have bands featured in
an exclusive site takeover to promote their hottest acts new album releases
on Aug 31st at THE METAL DEN dot com, a deal orchestrated by my partner
Eddie Karam (in Florida), who just happens to be co-owner of Red Rocket Entertainment,
which is home to great acts like WITHIN CHAOS, umm…they played Ozzfest
two years back.

To date, my little heavy metal news site that I started from NOTHING and as a
outsider is now one of the most respected around… and is on pace to have
200,000 visitors total for 2010 and roughly half a million page views!!! All of this with
ZERO paid advertising. As well, I have amassed a small fortune from my band
promotions service (yes, I get to wake n bake in the morning, kiss my hot wife,
and listen to music for a living, something I would like to thank ALL my loyal Den Head
readers for!!!) TMD Promo is truly the first of its kind in the rock n roll world. TMD is still the only
metal news site that allows ‘unsigned acts’ to be promoted among the national acts,
like two-time Grammy Award-nominated GWAR, who have brought another one of my
partner Eddie’s acts on their new tour as support: INFERNAEON (Prosthetic)… for 50 dates
around the country at venues like House of Blues!!

So let me ask you Mr. and Mrs. smack talker who always has to take time
out of their small little lives to try and tell me how shitty I am at my job…
the thing that is indeed my passion.

Who are you, man and what have you done for the heavy metal world, huh?
