Den Headz, back in June a petition to help get MÖTLEY CRÜE into the Rock Hall of Fame was started.
The goal of 10,000 signatures is roughly halfway complete with already 4,488 signatures. After the 10K is reached, this petition will be emailed to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame staff.
The goal of this petition is simple: get the award-winning heavy metal band into Cleveland, Ohio’s Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Mötley Crüe has sold more than 80 million album copies worldwide, won 4 American Music Awards, 3 Grammy Awards, an MTV Video Music Award, and they’ve even received their own star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in 2006; all for being the world’s favourite “Heavy Metal/Hard Rock” band! Since their uneasy start in 1981 vocalist Vince Neil, drummer Tommy Lee, guitarist Mick Mars, and bassist Nikki Sixx have won the hearts of millions worldwide with their own radio stations, T.V. shows, tattoo shops and bars, and (not to mention) sold-out concerts. We think that it’s time now for the Crüe to make their mark in the legendary Hall of Fame!
