Industry Source on MÖTLEY CRÜE Appearance Being Cancelled: “Ozzy literally wanted to kill all of them!”

Ozzy played his final gig, and was joined by Black Sabbath and other metal contemporaries. There was some behind the scenes drama apparently. Sharon Osbourne has confirmed she removed a band from Ozzy Osbourne’s final show over a money dispute. She addressed the controversy in a recent interview with Louder Sound.

TMD has confirmed that the band removed was none other than MÖTLEY CRÜE , “the kings of being cancelled,” according to an industry source.

“The Crue were asking for 1/3 of the profits, while insisting they needed to rely on the aid of backing tracks for main instrumentation and lead vocals during their live performance at Ozzy’s final concert, believe it or not. Word is that Ozzy got so mad about it that it was going to turn into the apocalypse. It was decided to drop the Crue, because Ozzy literally wanted to kill all of them,” said the anonymous source.

The Crue also cancelled their new full length album, after being exposed for using AI during the production of the new music, which led to Nikki Sixx deciding to only release a 3 song EP.
